| Why does it take up to four weeks for delivery? The largest size tapestries are not usually stocked. Each one is woven when it is ordered. This requires lead-time, set up time, and production time. You may get lucky on the small and medium sizes. Smaller sizes are loomed multiple units at a time, and those not sold go into stock for future orders. They typically ship and are received in one week’s time. |
|
| Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?Yes. However, shipping rates apply, and will be displayed during checkout for these locations.

How do I hang my tapestry? 1. All of our tapestries have a backing sewn to the artwork with a patterned design.
2. The backing has a hidden pocket attached to accept a rod.
3. Our hardware includes a high-quality adjustable metal rod and mounting brackets.
4. Securely mount the brackets to the wall with the enclosed screws.
5. Slide the tapestry over the rod and attach the finials.

| Can tapestries be framed? We have seen beautiful framed applications using our tapestries. We encourage you to do research and use a frame shop that has experience working with textiles. |
|
| What materials do you use for your threads?Cotton and Rayon - Historically, tapestries were made of wool, mostly because it is the easiest yarn to dye. Our tapestries are made using a very fine count cotton yarn that better allows for the very fine weave detail you see in the pieces. Rayon is included to add the subtle look of luster.
